Real Estate Runner Brief Description
Real Estate Advisor looking for a runner to install directional signs, pass out flyers, access properties and help make our listings highly visible to potential customers and create a positive experience for our clients. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside in all weather, light manual labor, be organized and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town.
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Pay: $13.00 to $17.00 /hour (Bonuses available)
Responsibilities:
- Installing and removing signs from properties (directionals, sign riders, open house signs, etc.)
- Installing and removing lock boxes from properties
- Basic organizing and filing
- Data input into a CRM system
- Keeping Inventory of Signs (Tracking, organizing, etc)
- Helping to be the muscle at property staging appointments
- Picking up print orders and paperwork and delivering them in a timely fashion
- Meeting Photographers
- Running Errands (Making key copies, etc)
- Misc. Tasks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & insurance
- Flexible availability 20-40 hours per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
- Excellent driving record
- Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to work independently and complete tasks within assigned timeframes
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Cell phone with access to text and email to communicate from the field
- A background check is required for subscription to ekey lockbox access
