So what does this have to do with systems?
If your agent doesn't have systems in place to cover the hours of day to day tasks they don't have time to educate themselves, use that education and pass that education along to you, the client. Additionally, systems allow buyer to continue to see homes and sellers to continue to advertise their home even when their agent is on vacation or out sick.
